Create your new Microsoft CRM 4.0 deployment

Now it’s time to deploy your new Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. Please fill in the information below to allow us to create your solution correctly. After your new solution is deployed you will be able to add an unlimited amount of additional users to it.
The first 30 days of use is free. All you have to do to continue using your solution is to pay for the amount of users you have activated. More details are available after your solution is deployed.
 It’s important to note that you must have an activation code to deploy the solution. If you do not have this please write to activation@dynamicscrm.com to obtain this.

Company Information
The organization name will be the name that is used to identify your subscription. Do not use special characters, such as backslashes (\) or ampersands (&).
The Web address is the address users will use to access your organization's subscription. The Web address must begin with a letter. It can contain letters and numbers, but not special characters or spaces

You must accept the terms of Service Agreement before you can use your Dynamics CRM solution.
